I’m a mother of two young adults on a pilgrimage back to Québec via the AT after my one-year visit to the US became a 24 year personal and professional adventure. For the past two years, while training for this through-hike, I’ve been working on a major career switch from science to language (translation) that essentially begins at the end of the trail. Being a wildlife enthusiast, you might see me talking to plants or bugs on The Trail—they’ll be my everyday company. I consider myself a moderate-level hiker and seasoned traveller, so this adventure will surely present a welcome challenge for me. My motto: We'll see!
